AntoniousI hate seeing someone being picked on but think about what you are saying. You have made some valid points and even though I disagree there is nothing wrong with a little concern over the ambiguity. However you say you understand 3rd world investment politics. If that is true then you should be able to see that there is not a country in the world that has this type of policy. Not even close. Logically why would the Equadorians be the first. Who would invest in their country. Simply KNOW ONE. They are most definitly going to levy a tax but it would serve no purpose to make it so ugly as to scare potential investors away. Just think about the logic of your argument. ARU will be a very profitible Co there is no doubt and the Equadorians will share in that profit without putting a "gun to anyones head".
