Rafael Correa plays the market too

Rafael Correa plays the market tooThis may be unfounded but I couldn't help but think of the possibility. What are the chances that Mr. Correa and others in their circle have in one way or another shares in ARU or others in the effected area.
Load up on the short under the radar and then come out with this announcement and or prepare to load up weeks down the road once the SP has collapsed. Then come out with another announcement that the mining halt has been lifted and the government has redesigned the structure more favourably.

Just a thought.....no founded facts to say this is happeneing or will happen. It will be interesting to see what occurs in the coming months.

As for the shareholders, they knew the risks involved in Ecuador and they knew or should have known that there was a high possibility this would happen.
