Aurora Spine Corp...IPO on TSXV

Aurora Spine Corp...IPO on TSXVI believe Aurora Spine Corp started trading on the TSXV this week. Based on the limited DD I have been able to do to date, I have jotted down some key pts:

1) IPO'd this week at approx $0.70 USD per share (currently trading at around $1.40, which is already about a double from the IPO price).
2) tight share structure - only about 12 mil share o/s per TSX website.
3) focus is to develop and bring to market innovative devices for spinal medical treatments and the mission is to become the standard of care in the spinal medical space; already one of their products (ZIP Fusion System) has received CE mark approval for sales to commence in Europe and other nations that recognize this designation as per a new release dated July 24th, 2013 on the company website; it seems like the plan going forward is to get FDA approval IMO
4) they have two locations (California and the United Kingdom I believe) - see link for picture to what I believe is their facility in California
https://auroraspine.us/contact.html
5) based on what I have read from the company's website, Aurora seems to be compiling a pretty impressive and experienced executive team to take this forward
6) seems like management has been very active getting the word out on some of their products/innovations based on their facebook page

Has anyone else been following this one? The spike in the share price in its first week of trading is what sparked my interest to do some DD.

All IMHO.
