Investor Relations:They do have a firm handling this for them but they are not aggressive and besides, they really need an investor relations management firm with a global reach and an equally huge contact book. Institutions will generally not touch stocks trading so low i.e. mutual funds etc. because of certain parameters around which they are guided. Let's not forget though that our Israeli friends own more than 66%+ of the Company as insiders. And there are several other large private holders from what I understand.
Today showed signs of life as the offer at .12cents finally moved out of the way forcing higher bids. I think we will see more positivity with the stock now.
