RE: RE: Today's FinancialsThere are always two issues with risk, gravity or seriousness of the risk and probability of the risk materializing. Obviously, we are dealing with a grave risk. Being in breach of debt covenants can bring the company down. However, there are some hopeful signs that the risk may not materialize. Clearly the creditors are giving the company breathng room and if, as I fully accept, managements statement that it is confident that ATQ's debt will be negotiated is genuine and based on reasonable grounds, then there is some reason for optimism. As always we wait and see.
