RE: RE: $500k financing I think they are fighting a losing battle. Unless an investor is flushed with cash, its going to be tough. What is Adeptron's competitive advantage, maybe they have some customers that might be attractive, other than that their margins are thin and in contract manufacturing its a tough going these days. The first thing new investors will do is clean house, but would you spend $750k just to get rid of the CEO & CFO. Man nice packages!! They also may want to get rid of some sites, not sure what their capacity is, but you need to reduce costs big time. If your back is against the wall, you need to cut cost and then cut more costs. I don't think the management team knows how to do this. This should have started a long time ago. Time is running out in finding a strategic alternative. The company should have tightened the ship and make itself attractive enough to get even a sniff.
