Al Gore on cleaner environmentThe pop up for ATF might be due to Al Gore's comments on wanting a cleaner environment. Saw only the headlines on the Wall Street Journal (couldn't access it though). Will post if it comes up on any other on-line newspapers.
FWIW - My full-service broker, who usually deals only in the big stuff, suddenly made the comment last week that I should do OK with Alternative Fuels. In the past, he has been leery of it because he wasn't familiar with it (it's too small to be within his range of vision) so this change of heart really surprised me. Now if only we can get even one big contract to get the ball rolling...
