Perspectus Early?Some have considered management slimy so lets look at this.There would have been a 10% penalty if note completed by Dec(not sure exact date).Management is in this PP so they could of benefited if late.I can say out of all the PP I've been in this prospectus was the quickest turnaround.Lets stop the financials are late theory as its getting old.
Also I cant give page numbers out of the Tax guide but I do know from personal experience that your wife,RRSP,relatives,buis and friends if found out your doing the transaction for a deduction is considered arms length transaction.However if you have a statement of sale the gove would have to be tipped/complete audit of you to figure it out.So you take your chances if you do this cap loss transaction.One thing for sure I wouldn't suggest you have done this as what a better way to be tipped off if your in the bad boy books on a thread.Please I'm not suggesting any one is but beware what someone who dislikes you would do for revenge.
I would like to state again that yes I'm a longer of ATF but believe these chats are for positive and negative concerns as who wouldn't want to know both.What I despise is someone who would create fraudulent remarks in either positive or negative posts.As if I make a pile of money because some one lied(and they were believed) I would feel terrible for the ones who just got burned and would feel even worse if I was burned.Just to clear it up yes I've been on both sides(more then I care to remember on the mislead side) over my 25 years in the market.My Challenge of JC was not pro ATF rather play fair.(not looking for more of you JC as I promised its done)
