RE: IR responseIt opens the door to larger investors(institute).This is fact as many firms cant even buy CDNX stock due to fund regulation.I'm sure you will doubt this so go find out from the many large funds.As well most American firms(institute again)and brokerage houses cant touch Jr exchange stocks.Most stocks these days dont do well making the move However I believe the ATF story too strong not to have an impact.Also forgot to mention IR has a complete blitz in Jan to the Institute and houses in the works.
