Open Letter to Chair of ATQ

Chair of ATQ Alastair Robertson:

This is the first of a series of open letters to you to ask questions about the non RH members of the Board.

We will start with Tim Osby.

Lets look at Tim Osby for example. He builds docks in Gainsville, Georgia and has a dealership in Peterborough, Ontario. Could someone enlighten me as to what his relevance is and what his contribution has been to build the market cap of ATQ? I have not found too many electronic parts in the docks that I am familiar with.

Please explain to us the possible value added of a dock builder in providing strategic direction of ATQ. What contacts does he have that are relevant to the future growth of ATQ? What business has he helped bring to ATQ?

To my understanding the dock industry would not be large potential clients of ATQ?

Am I missing something or have you been missing something by having fee and option collecting board members serve on the board where their trips to Toronto and elsewhere are expensed by shareholders of ATQ?

We as shareholders want you and the board to act as stakeholders or please step aside so that others can add value.

Jack, I'm a shareholder & , with both respect and acknowledgement that you have every right to ask questions of the Chair, you don't speak for me. While I'm not sure what Mr. Osby adds to the Board, that doesn't distinguish him from many of the other members of the Board whose talents and contributions are unknown to me.
