No Value Added - No Profits ever

Adeptron is 'Toast'.  These guys create no value added
and their costs of doing business are thru the roof.
Check out Sedar and see their Management Info Circular.
These guys are getting paid 'crazy high' money and they create
'No Margins' to justify their existence.

These guys are doomed because the executives have in effect
created 'poison pills' - deterring the Board from being able
to terminate them.  This is just plain nuts.  Hello???
To fire Marti will cost Adeptron over $500,000.  This is Nuts and
the Board of Directors are idiots.

They want to now blame the ex- CFO and believe this new CFO
can work 'miracles' by trying to raise money.  The top five executives
are costing this company close to $1.5 mil for a company that creates
no value add.  It is just plain nuts.  Add to that two plants in Canada
that are severely underutilized and this just spells bankruptcy.  The
Banks, if they examine their financials, the Executive compensation
and the Execuitve termination costs will realize that extending
Lines of Credit to Adeptron will be putting 'good money after bad'.
Hello Banker???  Do you know what your are doing???
