How much worth an Amalco share !?! 0,04 per share of ATQ, but is it worth 1$ or 1 penny !!!??

So the s/p suppose to be multiple by 25 ! Why stock still worth between 2 to 3 cts,...?!? Instead of 0,50 to 0,75 !!!
