Hurry up and wait There is a lot of paper work needed to ensure no legal or environmental liability. They should have inspected the leases in the past week. It is too bad we do not have a source close to the field operations in Pierson. Let us just wait and see but I believe the Pierson assets alone are worth about 20 million and the rest is subjective and likely cow pasture with little hydrocarbon potential.
