They would not have issued today's announcement without first reaching an Agreement on a deal or being very close to it. It just takes time for the process to take its course. SHAREHOLDERS will receive a proxy to vote on which will outline the deal. My guess is we receive it in a month. That leaves a month before the meeting. But who knows. The big question remains the same. Is the deal worth more than today's price? I have my doubts.
