So does that basically mean they have no agreement, no decent offers, and we should not expect anything to develop between now and April 24th? I guess this is their way of saying we haven't done anything but please stop calling the office.

You were once a very optimistic , pro ATK voice here. Dealing with these  Juniors can sure take its toll.     They would not have issued today's announcement without  first reaching an Agreement on a deal or being very close to it.  It just takes time for the process to take its course.  SHAREHOLDERS will receive a proxy to vote on which will outline the deal

Honestly I'm still pro ATK's assets I've just switched over to be 100% anti-Kehoe. He's the CEO of an oil company and he basically gave me the 'the cheques in the mail' treatment for 6 months. The company has some great land, Kehoe just added a bunch of debt and no direction to go along with it. If they do have an agreement in principal it will be higher than the

i agree,great land,but pathetic,awful poor managing,but i dont buy this 120 barrels of production a day,where did that figure originate from?

At the end of November Kehoe told me it was down to 150 boe so currently at 120 boe was simply an educated guess.

This is, IMO, really good news.  Just too bad its over 2 months away.  I'm guessing the package is in the mail!
