Jimmy Gee and all.....What do you need to see in the Proxy that would have you voting YES? Not knowing the specifics, we get new management and the ability to resume operations. Not too sure we can do much better at this point. I wonder if this was available when they tried that absurd 1-30 reverse split so they could keep control and continue running things and receiving compensation.
