Hansar Energy ValueNow that Hansar Energy has amalgamated with Atikwa (at least until a review is conducted) I would have thought that they must release information (since now they are no longer a private corporation) on the details of the transaction including how they had arrived at a value of in excess of $313.5 million dollars and the payment to Sean Kehoe on his leaving the company. Is there any regulation that calls for the timing of release of that information?
