Investment Counsel Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation.

 

I don't see him wasting his money... maybe the Fund will start buying also.

I do believe this is a really good news.... If someone has finally got a big chunk of atks... He will be able to put big pressure on management to do something. So I see this as good news as the guy has about 10% of atks. Lets hope we get news soon. Big
