Looks like there is a group that probably bot at 1 and are trying to hype it to 2 and then are out with a 100% profit. Looks like ATK got a special OK from the Exchange to do a financing at a penny. Hopefully, there are some restraints hat the Exchange imposes on what the money must be used for. And what they cannot be used for. Compensation to Officers should be banned.
