I assumed this halt was for pending news...when will the vote be?

Its halted until the exchange reviews the deal as submitted to them by ATK.  Don't know when the proxy will be mailed to shareholders.   After lookin into hansar, they are a private version of ATK.  ALL FAILURES. A NO vote, a departure by current management, and a new BOD is what must happen.

Very well said, Drillin!  Funkshow, to answer your question.  My understanding is that we will probably not trade again prior to the AGM ( time of vote ) at the end of August!  The Venture Exchange review process is painfully slow!  I would not expect the proxy circular until after August 15th., as Mr. Kehoe will want to give us shareholders the least amount of time to
