Can someone  let me know what is happenning here??

Only been a shareholder  for a few months  and  see  PP  in June  and  now another  larger  (though at highwer price)  PP   just 2 months later??

Do not think this is usual stuff  to have such frequent  PP's??

Are they burning through  money like crazy??

Does anyone have any idea of what is really happenning here??

As I said before, don't listen to these brainless pumpers. ShortOnCash and StewieStackins have been pumping the same old BS for months and nothing has happened. Just go back in the comments and you will see. Even checked how ShortOnCash was pumping V.NXS a while back and now there is no sign of him on that board because that stock has dropped like a rock to 0.04 cents. These guys know nothing,

Well Stewie, I am not surprised by today's results at all. The addition of a new website and another Private Placement Offer that didn't do anything 2 or 3 months ago is not moving this junk stock. Don't be surprised if it ends up under 0.07 by the end of the day.

Well it looks like they blew this timeline of closing the PP on August 20th , investors not interested in subscribing ? , can never understand why these small companies put out time lines anyways.

Read the investors deck. They will be raising 10 million this year and the investor deck explains why. Part of the 10 million will be for two acquisitions this year. After this raise they will have 2/10 million. The next 8 million will be funded at a high valuation later in the year. Woodwise loves to bash anyone who is optimistic about the stock for no good reason other than he didn't receive
