The La Plata project consists of two concessions covering a total area of 2,235 hectares along its nine-kilometer length, which contains mineralization in two VMS lenses and nine priority exploration targets.

A variety of reasons, that generate a higher probability that it will be sold rather than developed by Atico and its 25% partner.

1....La Plata is an untra rich poly metallic discovery with extensional boundaries yet to be defined but suggest much larger final dimensions.This is the type of premium class discoveries that Seniors look for but seldom find

2..Institutional ownership is substantial, which means that cashing out in the open market has limited probability, hence a buyout is the best solution

3..Atico has a long term asset at El Roble, requiring only investment capital to delineate its full potential . That Capital can easily and more than be supplied by the sale of La Plata.
