Not so much a cross as some accumulation by RY and Anon. RY buys 1.2 million shares. Love these Sprott plays where there isn't a lot of public attention drawn to his participation.  Sure it's not  "really" him.... it's Sprott Resource Lending.  In any event when the  Sprott camp takes 11-12% of a small cap like this, more money  is usually to follow.&
