The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE: The problem isI hear you matbigham about our losses over the years. I'm glad I bought early last year to recover some of those losses taken, but some companies I'm still down close to over 80%. I have my doubts I'll ever recover with those losses unless we see 3,000 gold like they are saying. But I don't plan to be in this game much longer, 7 years is enough. Definitely a lot less capital wrapped up in these high risk ventures. Aurcana has been kind I bought my first batch at .08. Excellon at .15 and Great Panther at .20 are some other winners. But the losers are as many. I can say I did OK, but it hasn't been an easy ride to get here. Take care bro.
