(OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE:Grant of Warrants Wow this takes the cake at this time and point. Although in the junior sector alot of )$&@ that happens this guy is a real piece of work. After total destruction of company value, now is the time to do this? Couldn't you wait until At least until confidence has been replaced and the sp recovered? At one point I was down huge on this stock when it was walked down from 2.50 to 1.30 by brokers. I gambled and went all in to average down, then back out in the mid 2's for a small profit. I've been holding off and bought some more today after the recent pull back. Now hear this, should have just stayed away, too many good opportunities out there with good management. I hope this train reck will someday recover for all those here that are still at huge losses. Glta
