RE:The Capital Raise is not such a bad thing. It is not raising the capital that is bothersome..  The terms suck.. 1 share and 1 full warrant at .70 and .90..  Plus Shafter is raising Debenture and pledging Shafter for that money .. Let us not forget they lost their mines in Mexico in exactly the same type of move years back.. 

It is private placement so probably more insiders but nonetheless considering they are supposed to be pouring silver already, this does not pass the smell test for me.  I was planning to add to my old position which is from much much hihger prices from Shafter days but now I am just going to leave it alone and at some point if they recover may be rethink the whole thing..  

FWIW .. Not impressed..
