What happens if a financing deal does not  occur by May 31?  What is the end result for AUN?

AUN will get booted from the venture, and go into the over the counter Canadian exchange. This could be an interesting cost effevtive solution, but one still needs to draw up big investment. $25 M operations...? $25 M exchange listings...? $25 M Upgrades...? Three year plan to increase production, and expand operations...?
