DISPOSITION OF SECURITIES OF AURCANA SILVER CORPORATION
LRC-AUN LLP has provided an update in respect of its beneficial ownership of common shares of Aurcana Silver Corp. On July 15, 2022, LRC sold 7,124,000 common shares of Aurcana through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of C$0.0204 per common share for a total of C$145,329.60 (the "Transaction").
The disposition of 7,124,000 common shares in the Transaction resulted in LRC's ownership interest in the common shares in Aurcana decreasing by approximately 2.30%. Since the Transaction, LRC currently beneficially owns 80,413,159 Common Shares, representing approximately 26.01% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, based on 309,131,509 common shares being issued and outstanding on the date hereof. Immediately prior to the Transaction, LRC beneficially owned 87,537,159 common shares, representing approximately 28.31% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
LRC's disposition of the Common Shares in the Transaction was made in the ordinary course of its business operations. Depending on market conditions, LRC's view of Aurcana's prospects and other factors considered relevant by LRC, LRC may acquire securities of Aurcana from time to time in the future, in the open market or pursuant to privately negotiated transactions, or may sell all or a portion of its securities of Aurcana.
