RE:They better not increase the PP or most will dump this playYes this PP is a test for the company... including the CFO and CEO. This is dilutive at 0.15 when you consider you get a warrants and the stock is already 33% above PP units price..The warrants could be " in the money" soon also as then my opion they should have made it smaller and with no warrants and also placed it with a strategic investor -- some fund specializing in Pharma.... This PP seems to be to weak hands and not even sector strategic... Since it is a start up though its maybe ok to over look some things like this... but yes lets not increase this PP due to demand... Let this be the last "freebee" PP... Also as I said, if they ramp slaes like I think they should be able, they can start using cheap debt quit soon and then we are done with the dilution.... The capital markets are not free money... they have a huge cost to existing sharholders... we have to start to think like that...The sooner we can start buy backs and reverse the process the better...
