RE:I am Not ImpressedTotally agree Dart ... also the PP(s) should have went to much stronger hands IMO --- Brokers still have way too much influence in the finance department of NPH.... Also remember we already have the .25 warrants from the last PP (like 3.5 million) , and a big wack (like 8 million or so) of warrants at .40) -- I would think these warrants should be adequate for company financing and we should not need any more dilutive PP s.....
