looks like a quebec based employment company  health care facing: -- no comment .........other than to say this is the type of transaction nph should have done IMO (a junior capital pool rto), instead of using a co with so many shares out and some baggage --- to their credit maybe though (if someone knows ptherwise correct me here) nph was after the 4 otc products that were in the nph shell....

I am not promoting this stock, I am simply asking the opinion of others on this board. What do you think of this small pool capital company who just acquired the private company - Alliance Pharma inc  APA:TSXV

Today financial results of the private company came out on sedar. Look for "Financial statements of RTO acquirer". I see some red flags, but at  these prices, with revenues and SO it seems pretty cheap. As of Jones Gamble broker they are sponsors and liquidating a portion of holding I think. A large % of insider ownership.
