Smithwicks or Dart (or any other investor) ...A friend brought this to my attention while theorizing over the LOI...

What is the difference between:
  1. multi-chain pharmacy....or
  2. pharmacy chain
We have a theory, but the Feb 20th NR seems to use the terms interchangeably (and this is confusing).  Any thoughts?
