There were no surprises in the financials released on Friday..... The company had stated in 2 separate releases that sales had started late in the June quarter - and they were only selling 1 molecule for at most 1 month to a handful of stores in 1 province......  Even if the revenue was double, or 5x, or 10x or even 20x what they actually reported, that number would still be immaterial and my take is its still a drop in the bucket compared to the Potential this machine has. No, I'm not selling hype but I believe that the engine being built is capable of much more and the payoff will come to those that are patient and understand the company's roadmap.

Now it comes down to execution over the next 6 months - This is a "SHOW ME" stock - pumpers and bashers aside, this stock will move when management executes and management communicates.  I will say that if you read their last few press releases, management has done exactly what they communicated they would do - and maybe even more.  That's why I continue to like this story and continue to add.

We need management to share more specific information on their progress, key milestones they are targeting and how they are measuring success.  This means # of molecules (they are doing this or we can see it on the provincial formularies); pharmacies they are selling to (no specific guidance provided to date); inventories (no specific guidance provided to date but we can piece together somewhat looking at financials); OTC strategy and earning potential (no specific enough so far); liquidity (they have communicated this); personel plans (are building out sales team)

As shareholders we need to balance this need for better disclosure with the competitive dynamic Vanc faces in the market.  I'd rather they win the battles on the field than telll us all about their plans -- I challenge the company to find the right balance.

Vanc is under the radar screen of most institutions at this stage and has no research coverage - therefore the onus is on Management to take the bull by the horns and get the story out in a credible way and to lay the foundation in the investment community that they see themselves as a legitimate player in the space worthy of attention.

My advice is take all BB posts (even mine if you like) with a grain of salt.  Do your diligence on the company from first principles, not relying on a vague one-liner on the BB.  Someone posted here that putting money in the Venture is akin to gambling - I disagree, I'll say that while there are no certainties, you do your homework and make a decision that meets your particular risk/return paradigm and as someone else put it - if you don't have the skill/ability/stomach for it, its ok to get someone else to manage your money for you.

Cheers!

Kudos, I had a conversation with Smithwicks a month ago and speculated that the SP could hit .35 again. That based on nothing more than impatient people or profit takers. All fine in this game. Fortunately, the upside for NPH is so great that I am perfectly happy parking a great percentage of my cash here and will look up in 18 months or so when buyout talk starts. The information is out there and I continue to watch and add.
