Conservative Financial Planning a Hallmark...

Conservative Financial Planning a Hallmark...In my opinion we (shareholders) are lucky to have such a frugal (and common sense)  financial DNA at NPH.  I expect this to always be a hallmark of the company and I do not take this lightly ... How many start up companies do you know that would be on such a low burn, with several million languishing in the bank account for so long... This speaks to both experience and style both IMO..
As a side note, those who complain about the NPH facilities every so often here are comical IMO, as this is very positive, at this stage,  and shows the frugal nature of management....
Anyways, just a thought, but if there is some restructuring going on in the finance dept. (not sure if there is) I hope we maintain this financial policy (and I guess we will)... Also and this has been discussed on here before, there will be many creative ways to finance NPH going forward, as having  a generic and OTC portfolio of approved products selling nationally with fast and steady growth will provide an asset that bankers and lenders will fight to gain as security against their lending...  To fully capitalize on the multitude of financing possibilities I see as being available to NPH (and equity by far being the worst) I think it would be good at this point to have a CFO (or finance team)  well versed and able to manourver financing options  to shareholder benefit. and capitalize on the very wide range of options available (I am hopeful financial management remains prudent and any necessary changes will be along these lines) .....Just as a note, Mylan in the USA, the largest US based generic company has outstanding debt about equal to its annual sales....When you have steady realiable sales debt is not very risky.... Congrats to management, to date, on their financial prudance, and keep shareholder interest a top priority...
