Merus to make an acquisition -- CEO..Merus CEO is an expert in generics drugs and has recently said they will make an aquisition very soon -- I think he meant Jan -Feb this year, so anytime... They have capital and access to debt financing...I hope they are not making a hostile bid for NPH --- would explain the market activity I think...
