P.Placement at .22cents share price at .54 !!!!

This is very unusual . At today's price, private  placement is only 40% of share price !!!

Furthermore there is no news to act as a catalyst for recent share price activity.  Given that  there will be about 20% dilution with the extra shares and warrants valuation would normally decline somewhat ,at least in the short term .

Liking the green in my account but something doesn't add up ! 

 Maybe it's simply the  redditt phenomenon  on a small scale ?..

Something I found on investopedia... might be something here... .....if the motivation for the private placement was a circumstance in which the company saw an outstanding opportunity for rapid growth that simply required additional financing, then the eventual extra profits realized from the company's expansion may push its stock price substantially higher.
