Sprott investment closed in July. Crescat investment closed in August. Sprott now owns 16.4% of AVG; Crescat 4.2%; management and insiders 10%. The fact that AVG attracted heavyweights Sprott and Crescat is promising. And Crescat was willing to pay near 3x what Sprott paid. PR contract in place with Paradox as of June.
