moving right along
well a non binding letter of intent is essentially something written in crayon on the back of a box of cereal but quite frankly is irrelevant here
what is good is that construction progress is moving forward nicely on time and on budget and although i am doubtful we will see any cash flow in q1 2024 i think we should be rolling in it by the end of q2 2024
if the helium is there there will be no shortage of actually buyers so keep banging away at the construction and everything else will fall into place
