Nothing makes my heart pitter paatter...Why would he excercise warrants? Several reasons. One or two being: he received options, a huge seed stock position for pennies and sold during the fake run up to $3.00 per share; he put a lot of shareholders in a very serious losing position in that pump and dump; he then proceeded to put a lot more shareholders in a losing position with his $1 and 66 cent pp's. These poor smucks have been offside for a year or more and the least he can do is to give a small portion of his shennanigans and inflated salary back. This is smoke and mirrors to help run the share price up again
..nothing more! Still a long ways away from any profit with only one successful hole and no firm dates or cash for more drilling or assurances they eill even hit again. Still years away and people are tying up their cash unnecessarily.
