Reasons for delay ?

I'm thinking it was IACX they couldn't deliver the plant on time with too many components still delayed. Chris using delay to negotiate a better deal. Both DME and RHC plants were delayed years during Covid and we are probably still 6 months or a year still with delays. Binding contract was signed almost a year ago so I think we are probably on the realistic timeline.

Maybe they want a helium sales deal to announce with delay .....

Corporate Presentation on company's website was updated for the delay. Presentation is still dated for March 2024, but timelines have been updated to reflect delay. It now states they expect to be producing helium by late 3rd quarter/early 4th quarter, 3 months beyond last update. Let's see if they can meet the revised timeline this time around.
