Good ResponseArrowhead Water Products downgraded to NEX Ticker Symbol: C:AWA Arrowhead Water Products downgraded to NEX Arrowhead Water Products Ltd (2) (C:AWA) Shares Issued 19,492,230 Last Close AWA.H 12/31/2013 $0.30 Tuesday December 31 2013 - News Release Mr. Jeff Ciachurski reports ARROWHEAD HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO NEX BOARD Arrowhead Water Products Ltd.'s common shares have been delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and have resumed trading on the NEX board effective Dec. 30, 2013. The trading symbol for the company has been changed from AWA to AWA.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change to the company's Cusip number and no consolidation of capital. The company understands that the reason for the movement of its listing to NEX was because of the company no longer had an active business as a result of the sale of its water-bottling assets in the first quarter of 2013. Since that time, the company has taken steps to reorganize. In September, 2013, the company announced that Jeffrey Ciachurski had joined the company as an officer and director and that the company was seeking new business opportunities in the energy efficiency and renewable energy industries. In order to better capitalize the company, in October, 2013, the company completed a $1.5-million private placement. While the company has been actively reviewing investment opportunities, it was in a position to move forward with a meaningful investment before a deadline imposed by the TSX-V. The company is well financed and will continuing to review investment opportunities of sufficient quality to merit listing off of the NEX. NEX is a separate board of the TSX-V and provides a trading forum for listed companies that have fallen below the TSX-V's continuing listing standards. © 2013 Canjex Publishing Ltd.
