ArcWest Announces $1,825,000 Financing

    

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 5, 2020) - ArcWest Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AWX) ("ArcWest" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $1,825,000 through the issuance of up to 18,250,000 units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit (the "Offering"). Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company, and one half of a share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a "Warrant")

Couldn't agree more highper.  What a horrible Private Placement.  Stock is 80% in the money on the day the PP is announced, and the warrants are even 20% in the money already. Would love to see who participated and got this sweet deal.  Mr. Meekison has 15 years of experience raising equity and this is the best he can do??  This is nearly a 30% dilution. Need to do much

...just WOW, I considered to add much more from the proceeds of selling other stocks, but, now is a big NO. Ya, what a dream team..., I better go to the company whose President withhold his own salary at the time of difficulties.... No, really, I don't understand such move..., should be some kind of private arrangements at the expense of shareholders..., f..ck, will sell this dummy...
