You can go to almost any bullboard and see shareholders making the same complaints about these PPs.  All I can say is thanks for the cheap shares.

Good point my friend.  But they still deserve a beating for taking my 3 bagger down to a 2 bagger.  They could have gotten a better price.  Lousy effort.  And if they destroy market cap once, they can do it any number of times in the future.  So for now, they're just not understanding the environment they're in.

     You're right, Zorg.  I had buyer's remorse right after I posted that.  The PP is very dilutive.  There are almost 63,000,000 shares outstanding now.  The pp adds -- if the warrants are exercised -- another 45 million plus shares.  That is brutal.  I'm happy that the SP has held as well as it has.  Hopefuly the PP is in strong hands

Reddrum - how will there be  45 million new shares? I cannot follow your math...18.25 mil shares plus 9.12 mil warrants, (1/2 warrant per share ) if exercised , will result in 27.4 mil new shares... a far cry from your 45mil?

The first pp 32 million shares warrants at 15 cent plus the new 18 million plus 9 million warrants. App 125 million shares if warrants are taken. Giving the managements a bonus wage increase which we will read on sedar.

     It must have been the beer.  I don't know how I came up with that figure either!        It's still a 30% dilution even at 27,000,000 shares; they have 63,000,000 shares already. I don't see the value to doing that unless Eric Sprott is taking a big chunk.

always questionable, if the warrants get excersized, next time do your math before the beer and post facts, not fiction . Cheers...I have added some today at 12.5...just a trading position.

Usually I thank the short sellers and weak holders for the low stock price, not the management team.  But either way, in another few days I may need to actually buy more.  The finance side may be a mess but I think the geology side is strong.

Facts 28 million warrants jan 2018 hold period 3 years at 15 cents facts. Plus this new pp. If you think they will not be bought then were sitting at 15 cents for years or add 45 million shares fact not fiction. But understand because we waited so long people forget the 2.8 million they raised 28 million shares. So I said after all this money comes in there wages will go up and read sedar to get

Just so everyone knows, Bt, you are absolutely correct!  I am one of those clowns sitting on warrants at .15, now , these guys and gals are very talented, and I respect how much they stretched their budget so far! Give them that at least! Best, ( I was expecting a pp months ago) , dam good job, let's see , SH
