This is the Internal MM creating false liquidity as is TSX regulation to keep shares moving.  You have a couple posts with Scotia dumping small amounts at Market.  SHoverseer3 posted back Sep 03/10 with the Scotia trades.
They bought 35K at .14 cents in two trades at 2:57pm - Sold 35K at avg .105 cents in 5 trades four minutes later.


Just an mm giving out cheap shares to add to your piles not an Investor.
