SedarIf you read the details in the Sedar report; there seems to be a little more to it then just a share swap.
Now I am not a lawyer so I could use some feedback.  If it was just transferring from Old Acceleware to New Acceleware; wouldn't you just need the Lawyer, Acceleware & The exchange Shell called Amalco?
This looks like a transaction between Private ProfitCo (a private company registered in Alberta) and Acceleware??
any thoughts?
