RE:PP.

RE:PP.I hope you're right Glasrado! I went back to September 22 news release and I like the fact it is a non-brokered private placement. As the Investor Relations (such is the CEO as well for Acceleware, Geoff Clark) is finding its investor (s) without the services (and fees) of a brokerage firm, it adds to the probability that GE could be involved I think. If they were desperately trying to find investors for that $2 million, they would most probably need help here.

FYI…

Non-Brokered Private Placement
Non-brokered private placement takes on most of the characteristics of a traditional private placement. The only major difference is that in a non-brokered private placement, a company's investor relations department sells the stock (or other security) directly to investors. By doing this, the company can forgo the fees and hassle of hiring a broker (often an investment bank) and maintains more control over the selling process.

This time by closing the PP, and hopefully the subscriber is GE, then we will be in the dollars in no time. Investors are holding on to their shares tight and the breakout is just days away. IMO.
