RE:PP.I hope you're right Glasrado! I went back to September 22 news release and I like the fact it is a non-brokered private placement. As the Investor Relations (such is the CEO as well for Acceleware, Geoff Clark) is finding its investor (s) without the services (and fees) of a brokerage firm, it adds to the probability that GE could be involved I think. If they were desperately trying to find investors for that $2 million, they would most probably need help here.

Non-Brokered Private Placement Non-brokered private placement takes on most of the characteristics of a traditional private placement. The only major difference is that in a non-brokered private placement, a company's investor relations department sells the stock (or other security) directly to investors. By doing this, the company can forgo the fees and hassle of hiring a broker (often an investment bank) and maintains more control over the selling process.
