Each company large or small has their own interests and strategies they may want to pursue wrt R&D. In this case Acceleware, they have all the say. Which reservoir is the best for their test wrt most common (important for commercialization), depth, thickness for their test without influence from adjacent steam injection which company is asking the least as far as $ or ownership interest and which company can give access and support to the reservoir the quickest and has the best alignment of interest with AXE and shareholders will win the day not who has the most money. Sounds like you think you know something about the industry but know very little.
