Future oil sands

Future oil sandsHi,

I'm doing DD on acceleware and I'm really liking the technology.
The big risk I see is more related to the economics of oil sand production.
It is known that these are one of the most costly to develop, which will remain even if RF XL can reduce the cost with 30% - based on this data (https://knoema.com/infographics/vyronoe/cost-of-oil-production-by-country).
So my question is, how big do you think that the addressable market is for RF XL?
Climate concerns and economics surely must impact willigness of oil companies to invest in these assets?
The big plus I see is that Canada may strategically need domestic oil production and so will keep investing in it.
