RE:RE:RE:OnwardTo clarify, the equipment didn't "break down", they stated that it was "damaged" during maintenance activities. I would think that would have been a harder thing to justify the costs of a contingency for human error. You have to balance risk and cost. Would you have been happy if they delayed for a year until they could get a back-up of every component?
