Geoff Deserves To Get the Axe For 1 ReasonWhen it came to transparency he has failed badly and i am not talking about oil production i will excuse thatbas a nda scenario but in how the whole workover was handled. Having said this Geoff has been instrumental in getting the company to where it is. Now i am willing to vouch for him contingent on the workover being done this month thars numberv1. Two he needs to be more clear about what is going on in terms of monetary allocations as to how much for workover and how much for Aurora and the other 2 projects as well as general working purposes this should not be akin to a slush fund poor practice of being clearer and more transparent. 3 when we have an idea about fund allications the company should not be doing raises to fund anything else without stronger oil flow through and that funds things. 4 i am still looking to see the five year time frame on the incentive shares axed this should have never happened 2 years is long enough as it is for this set of pp but there is an acceleration on all of it. If these things startimg with the workover are not fulfilped yes Geoff needs to go despite the fact he is instrumental in getting the company to where it is. Even so i expect whoever is here be it Geoff or someone else to deal with things properly at the retail level not just the insider level. Nevertheless i need to manage my shares i had a plan i will and still am following it.
